This session will cover how to use metadata to set up workflows in your recordings and effectively tag content to really increase communication between departments. (Note: It is highly recommended that you attend the Demystifying Metadata session before attending this session)
QM analysts and managers that understand how QM works, but want to increase their effectiveness by using metadata and tags to automate process workflows (for example, flagging a call for HR to review in one click)
