Ed Creasey is Calabrio’s Global VP of Solutions Engineering & Consulting.  He loves engaging audiences by framing the challenges facing the CX industry against the issues we've faced as a society, and using both perspectives to show how contact centres can deliver outstanding customer experiences. 

He leads a diverse team of experts solving customer problems from the West Coast of the USA to Melbourne, Australia.  He brings deep experience, from the front line to C level, in the Contact Centre and Customer Experience (CX) industry.  Ed has delivered thought leadership and led pre-sales and consulting teams across the CX domain, including AI & Analytics, Workforce Optimisation, Employee Engagement, Cloud Contact Centres, and Robotic Automation.  He’s sold and delivered CX solutions to a wide range of organisations and market sectors worldwide. 

Ed has a passion for leading teams, engaging audiences, helping customers solve their business problems and delivering happy, reference-able clients.  Previously, Ed was Nexidia’s, then NICE’s, Director of Consulting for 12 years.

His experience includes 7 years working at the bleeding edge of the mobile telecoms industry at a Vodafone service provider, 7 years at a research agency specialising in outsourced quality research, 6 years helping Nexidia pioneer Interaction Analytics in EMEA, 6 years leading pre and post-sales consulting across Nice’s portfolio and 4.5 years at Calabrio.

He will bring diverse experience ranging from being a contact centre agent in 1992 through to a pre-sales VP running a Global practice.  He has developed pre-sales practices since 1998, using a range of solutions including all types of Analytics tools (Interaction, Desktop, Journey, VoC), Workforce Engagement (Contact Recording, Quality Management, Workforce and Performance Management), Robotics (Attended, Unattended Robotics and Voice Biometrics) and Contact Centre as a Service. 

He is passionate about selling the right capabilities to customers in the right way and delivering on promises with committed and high-quality Pre-Sales.
