With more than twenty years of experience in the software consulting market, Richard Harrison brings his unique experience in selling software, implementation services, and building consulting practices to Calabrio as its VP for Consulting Partner activities (also known as GSIs, or Global System Integrators). Prior to joining Calabrio in 2022, Richard worked extensively in the Workday ecosystem as a Partner and Practice Lead at IBM, a Managing Director at Huron Consulting, and a General Manager for a Workday reseller, implementation, and managed services partner. He entered the software industry in 2000 after several years in the discrete manufacturing space and worked for KPMG Consulting, PeopleSoft, BearingPoint, SAP, Ellucian, IBM, and Huron during that time. He has closed deals and implemented alongside Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, and numerous mid-size and smaller consulting entities. His first six-digit software sale of his career came at SAP in conjunction with E&Y and still sends a Christmas card to that consultant.
