What is the registration fee?

Early Bird registration - $699/attendee (until Monday, July 1)

Standard registration - $999/attendee (beginning Tuesday, July 2)

Guest Pass registration - $150/guest (must be 21 years of age)

Company with 5+ registrants - $499/attendee (must book all together)

We recommend you Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel.  The La Cantera Resort is approximately 25 minutes from the San Antonio airport.

Hotel Reservation Information

A block of guest rooms is available to all conference guests at a discounted rate of $275 per night plus taxes and fees.  Please visit the hotel conference website to book your room today.  

What does my conference fee include?

The conference fee includes three days of valuable content, all breakfasts and lunches, as well as plenty of fun, food and beverages at our welcome reception and customer appreciation party. Transportation and hotel are not included. Guests will receive a conference hotel discount ($275/night + taxes and fees) upon booking rooms.

What does the guest fee include?

The guest fee includes access to the welcome reception and the customer appreciation party.  Guests cannot attend any of the daily sessions or meals.  A guest will nee to be added on to a main registrants registration as a guests at the applicable guest fee to attend.

How do I view or modify my registration?

View or modify an existing registration here

Is there a receipt for the conference payment?

Your confirmation email is your receipt for the confirmed registration fees. If there is a balance due when the conference ends, you will be mailed an invoice from accounting for the remaining balance. 

Can I transfer my registration to another employee?

Yes, please reach out to the Glia Interact Team at interact@glia.com to request a transfer of registration. Provide the individual’s first/last name and email address so that the registration can be transferred and emailed to the new registrant.

I can't find my confirmation, can I have it sent to me?

Yes, we can resend you the confirmation email. Please reach out to the Glia Interact Team at interact@glia.com to requesting a confirmation be sent. Once the request is received, your confirmation will be emailed to the email address on file. Please check your spam folder in case the communication is sent there. 

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business casual. Remember that the weather and meeting room temperatures can vary, so bring a jacket or sweater for possible cooler temperatures.

How do I cancel my registration? 

Please send a cancellation email to interact@glia.com. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee.
