AI virtual assistants have become an indispensable tool for enhancing banking experience across digital and phone channels. However, configuring effective and engaging content for AI assistants is a new skill for most FIs and presents unique challenges. This hands-on workshop, led by Glia’s team of expert Conversational Consultants, offers a practical and immersive experience for customers working on or planning to deploy a Glia Virtual Assistant (GVA).

Through a series of interactive exercises and hands on examples working with the GVA Content Management System (CMS), participants will delve into the art of conversational design, exploring best practices, common pitfalls, and strategies for creating intuitive and user-friendly GVA responses. 

Attendees at this workshop will collaborate, share insights, learn from real world examples and get hands on keyboard within the GVA CMS. They with leave this session with a practical understanding of how to use the CMS and write great GVA content — and will have written or updated many of their GVA responses.
