AI has become an indispensable tool for enhancing the banking experience across all channels. However, configuring effective and engaging content for AI assistants is a new skill for most FIs. This hands-on workshop, led by Glia’s team of expert Conversational Consultants, offers a practical and immersive experience for customers working on deploying the Glia Virtual Assistant (GVA).

Through a series of interactive exercises with the GVA Content Management System (CMS), participants will delve into the art of conversational design, exploring best practices, common pitfalls, and strategies for creating intuitive GVA responses.

Attendees will collaborate, learn from real world examples, and get hands-on experience with the CMS. They will leave with a practical understanding of how to use the CMS and write great GVA content — and will have written or updated many GVA responses.
