Jessica Pharr is the Member Service Manager at Texas Tech Credit Union. With over 20 years in the credit union industry, Jessica has held roles across multiple departments and institutions, giving her a well-rounded perspective on service, operations, and member experience. She began her career in 2002 at iQ Credit Union in Vancouver, WA, and has worked at four credit unions, each with distinct strategies but a shared mission: people helping people. Since relocating to Lubbock in June 2024, Jessica has led Texas Tech Credit Union’s Member Services Department, overseeing the ITM Virtual Teller team and the Contact Center. She is passionate about cultivating strong teams and creating meaningful value for members through innovative service delivery.
