Isho D. Eskandar is currently the Virtual Branch Manager at Jovia Financial Credit Union. He has over 20 years of experience in Branch Management, 8 of which have been with Jovia. Isho D. Eskandar graduated from the University of Mount Saint Vincent with a BS in Computer Science.
Isho D. Eskandar had the privilege of developing the Virtual Branch from the ground up in 2021. He created the teams and queues that are responsible for handling engagements that originate from our Website, Online Banking and Mobile App. Using his background in Computer Science, he also created 3 Chatbots that assists our members by guiding them throughout our platforms using Google Dialogflow and connecting them to the Glia Platform.
Last year he was tapped on the shoulder to assist with migrating Jovia’s Contact Center to the Glia platform. This move included configuring their Glia Virtual Assistant to answer members questions and route them to the correct internal queues or external partners. In this project, he is continuously working with our IT team to connect Glia to Calabrio, Creovai and Illuma.
Along with these projects he continues to work with the Virtual Branch team making sure things are running smoothly. He is also creating reports for the Virtual Branch and Contact Center and making on the fly adjustments to our Glia and GVA settings to improve the overall member experience.
