Erik Carpenter has over 20 years of experience in call center management, holding leadership positions in companies such as MBNA, Bank of America, and TD Bank. He has been with Jovia Financial Credit Union for the past nine years and is currently the AVP of the Contact Center. Jovia’s member service contact center encompasses a staff of 100 phone agents, chat professionals, and ITM tellers. During his tenure in call center management, he has held operations, telesales, domestic and international vendor, collections, and member service leadership and officer level positions.
During his career Erik has enjoyed working on projects that create efficiency or have a cost savings, whether that be by utilizing new vendor partnerships, changing internal processes and procedures, or utilizing new technology in creative ways.
Erik is also an author, having published his first fiction novel entitled Unbroken by Faith in 2022.
