Michael Mattone is the SVP – Chief Retail and Experience Officer at Navigant Credit Union, a $4 billion asset-size financial institution based in Smithfield, RI. In his role, Michael oversees the organization’s retail delivery, including the branch network, contact center and deposit products. He also manages the credit union’s marketing and member experience division, as well as community engagement. He has been with the credit union since January, 2023, and spent 15 years working in the credit union industry prior to joining Navigant. He received his bachelor’s of business administration from Pace University (NY) and his executive master’s of science in finance from Baruch College (NY). He lives in Lincoln, RI with his wife – a licensed nurse practitioner specializing in cancer care – two sons and dog.
