His team specializes in end-to-end integrations—including core banking, contact center, telephony, CRM, and identity—and in deploying voice AI automation that produces tangible business outcomes. Previously, he was a Solutions Architect at Glia and held strategy and engineering roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He earned his MBA from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and a BA in Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire College of Liberal Arts.
