Michelle Audrey Walsh is the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Glia, a role she has held since early 2024. A native New Yorker now based in Atlanta, Michelle is a passionate and energetic leader who specializes in guiding organizations through digital transformation to deliver human-centric customer experiences.

Her career spans more than 15 years in SaaS and legal tech, including three years leading a Strategic Customer Success team at Smartsheet for U.S. and Federal Government segments. Prior to that, she spent 12 years with legal tech startup Bloomberg Law, where she held a variety of roles, including top-performing sales executive and Director of Client Success for the Southeast.

Michelle holds a JD/MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Stanford University. She is a staunch advocate driven to help her team and customers leverage Glia’s platform to optimize their processes and digital strategies for lasting success.
