With over 20 years of experience in leadership, project management, lending, and member services, Megan has driven impactful change since joining Unitus in 2017.


In her current role, Megan spearheads companywide initiatives that align with the community and strategic goals of the organization. Her efforts include pioneering innovative fintech solutions, fostering CUSO partnerships, and championing inclusive initiatives. Megan's strategic priorities encompass supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access initiative, the Hispanic & Multicultural Community Initiative, and the Environmental & Sustainability Initiative. Additionally, she oversees the Community Development, Financial Wellness, and Project Management teams.
