From the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to State Managed Care Organizations, Critical Access and Regional Hospital Executives will feel the pressure to participate in a combination of traditional fee-for-service (FFS) and prospective or capitated payments, also known as value-based care (VBC) payment models. CPSI’s strategic partner, i2i Population Health, and CEO, Justin Neece will discuss how CPSI Evident Thrive and i2i have a fully integrated data exchange that allows hospital staff to run real-time quality reports, registries, and care team huddle reports. The bottom line is Quality Improvement will be the “stick”. What are some options hospitals have now to prepare and practice for the VBC shift? Plus, Justin will demonstrate how i2i is working with Critical Access and Regional Hospitals to improve quality program management, care coordination, and data analytics.
NOTE: We recommend attending the "Foundations for the Future - Quality Measures Intelligence" session prior.
