Ashley Sheffield is a graduate of University of South Alabama, with a BA in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She serves as the Technical Support Team Lead for TruBridge RCM CORE Support Department. With over a decade of experience, Ashley has dedicated 11 years to the Implementation, Support, and Optimization of the TruBridge EHR System Financial Applications for both Hospital and Clinic Clients. Her expertise is particularly notable for RHC Clinics utilizing TruBridge Provider-EHR module, TruBridge EHR Insurance Billing for both Rural Hospitals and Clinics, along with other areas including Patient Access, Health Information Management and Accounts Receivable.
