Cynthia (Cindy) Francis has over 20 years' experience in the customer service/patient services arena, driving initiatives and innovations to meet growing needs of customers and clients. She comes to TruBridge from HRG, beginning in phone collections to now a Director in Early Out Services. Cindy's focus is on implementation, system development and analysis. She works closely with the Early Out team during implementation to ensure that the patient experience is everything that we promise it will be. She also is a continued resource post-implementation for any issues that may arise on our partner systems.
