Terminology is more than a technical detail—it’s the foundation that determines whether clinical data can be measured, exchanged, and trusted. In this joint session, John C. Fremont Healthcare District Informatics leader Kristin Montgomery and TruBridge explore how standardized terminologies such as LOINC, SNOMED CT, and RxNorm support quality reporting, interoperability, and patient safety.
