Glia Interact 2025 FAQ

Interact is Glia’s premier customer and industry event, designed to connect, educate, and inspire. Glia customers, selected partners, and financial institutions evaluating Glia are all welcome to attend and gain valuable insights into the future of customer interactions.

Interact 2025 will take place October 12-15 at Hilton San Diego Bayfront (1 Park Blvd

  • Standard registration - $999/attendee 
  • Guest Pass registration - $150/guest (must be 21 years of age)
  • Company with 5+ registrants - $499/attendee 
    • To qualify for the discount, all five (or more) registrants must be booked together in a single transaction.

• Pre-conference training can be added to registration for $399 per session

The conference fee includes three days of valuable content, all breakfasts and lunches, as well as plenty of fun, food and beverages at our welcome reception and customer appreciation party. Transportation and hotel are not included. Guests will receive a conference hotel discount (approximately $309/night + taxes and fees) upon booking rooms.

The guest fee includes access to the Welcome Reception and the Customer Appreciation Party.  Guests may not attend any of the daily sessions or meals. A guest will need to be added to a paid attendees’ registration as a guest at the applicable fee to attend.

Rooms are available at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on Saturday through Tuesday night at a discounted rate of $309/night plus taxes and fees. Click here to reserve your room.

The nearest airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN) on North Harbor Drive in San Diego, CA. We recommend that you Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel, which is approximately 4 miles from the airport.

  • How do I view or modify my registration? View or modify an existing registration here!
  • May I transfer my registration to a co-worker. Yes, please reach out to the Glia Interact Team at interact@glia.com to request a transfer of registration.
  • Is there a receipt for the conference payment? Your confirmation email is your receipt for the confirmed registration fees. If there is a balance due when the conference ends, you will be mailed an invoice from accounting for the remaining balance. 
  • I can't find my confirmation, can I have it sent to me? Yes, we can resend you the confirmation email. Please reach out to the Glia Interact Team at interact@glia.com to request a confirmation be sent. Once the request is received, your confirmation will be emailed to the email address on file. Please check your spam folder in case the communication is sent there. 
  • How do I cancel my registration? Please contact the Glia Interact Team at interact@glia.com. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • What payment methods are accepted for registration?  We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for online registration. If you require an alternative payment method, please contact interact@glia.com

The dress code for the conference overall is business casual. Remember that the weather and meeting room temperatures can vary, so bring a jacket or sweater for possible cooler temperatures. Watch your email and the mobile app for information on attire suggestions so that you can suit up for the conference parties.

Yes! In addition to informal networking throughout the event, we will host a welcome reception, customer appreciation party, and roundtable sessions all designed for attendees to connect with peers, Glia experts, and our technology partners.

Select content may be recorded throughout the event, however, it will not be available publicly. The best way to experience Interact 2025 is to attend the sessions in person.

Yes, Glia Interact 2025 will feature a dedicated showcase area, Glia Village, showcasing our latest product innovations as well as our partners and their solutions. Our flight deck partners currently include: Alkami, Creovai, Illuma, Solutions By Text, and Q2.
