The Rural Health Collaborative will take place on April 9th, 2026 at Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.  One-day passes are $400 each. Register Today! 

The event will be held at the Omni Dallas. To take advantage of our discounted group rate, please book your stay through the official hotel room block. Please note that the booking site is listed under the "TruBridge National Client Conference."

Important Deadlines & Hotel Information

  • Booking Deadline: The deadline to secure the discounted conference rate (for paid attendees) is March 19, 2026.

  • Rates & Availability: After March 19, rooms at the Omni Dallas may still be available, but the rate is subject to increase.

  • Extended Stays: The discounted room block is available for up to three nights pre- and post-conference, subject to hotel availability.

The collaborative will host a Fall 2026 Forum in Washington, D.C., bringing together rural health executives, policymakers, and industry leaders to assess progress, share outcomes, and continue advancing initiatives that support long-term sustainability and access to care in rural communities. We recommend you Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel.  The Omni Dallas hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field. 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the TruBridge Conference team at Marg.Louwagie@trubridge.com. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved cancellation refunds. 

Please note that cancellations received after April 2nd are non-refundable.
