What is Calabrio Sales Kickoff?

Calabrio's Sales Kickoff (SKO) is Calabrio's annual meeting for our revenue organization. It is a time to be together, celebrate the successes of 2022, and plan for how we can win together in 2023! We can't wait to see you there!

Thursday night stays may be allowed based on needs.

How do I get to the hotel?

The airport is 34 miles from the hotel - you should plan on a 35-45 min transfer.  Please Uber/Lyft from JAX to the hotel, sharing rides whenever possible with your colleagues as many of us will be on the same flights.

Do I need to book my reservations?

Calabrio will be booking and paying for your hotel room, resort fee and taxes.  You will need to provide a credit card for any incidental charges.  Please refer to the Calabrio travel policy if you have any questions on what items you can expense.  You will receive your hotel confirmation from Lisa Olson.  If you have not received by Wednesday, January 25, please email her with an inquiry. 

What meals are provided during SKO?

All meals will be provided beginning on Monday night through Thursday breakfast.

What should I wear?

The dress code for SKO is business casual. Please dress comfortably while remembering this is a business meeting (no gym clothes or loungewear).  Dress in layers as the temperature can fluctuate and we will have some outdoor activities.

On Wednesday, a photographer will be onsite for professional headshots.  That evening is the Awards Dinner.  We request that you dress up to celebrate!  For ladies, a dress, skirt, or pantsuit and men a jacket with dress slacks.  Please no jeans for this night.

What if I need to cancel my SKO registration?

Health & Safety?

This will be an in-person event. In the event you become sick just before your travel, please consider staying home as not to spread to your colleagues and reach out to your manager and Lisa Olson if this occurs. If you become ill during the event, please contact Lisa Olson.
